Experience and Education

Dale Wagner completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Washington State University in 1976. Following his graduation, Dale began a career in law enforcement before attending law school.

He received his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1989. After that, Dale was admitted to practice law.

Dale Wagner has been admitted to practice before the Federal District Court in Western Washington and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

Jesse Haas

Experience and Education

Jesse received a B.A. in Political Science from Western Washington University in 2001. While in undergraduate school he also obtained a minor in Spanish, and studied for six months at the Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara, Mexico. He then entered the University of Oregon School of Law, graduating in 2004 with a certificate in International Law. After passing the Washington state bar exam, he was admitted to practice law in November 2004. Jesse worked as an in-house counsel and with a maritime law firm before joining the Law Office of Dale Wagner in 2007.
