 Dale received his Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University in 1976. After graduating from Washington State, he enjoyed a career in law enforcement before attending law school. He received his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1989. Dale was admitted to practice law in Washington in 1989 and has since been admitted to practice before the Federal District Court in Western Washington and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Dale is married and has two children and four grandchildren. dale.gif

Jesse.jpg Jesse received a B.A. in Political Science from Western Washington University in 2001.  While in undergraduate school he also obtained a minor in Spanish, and studied for six months at the Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara, Mexico.  He then entered the University of Oregon School of Law, graduating in 2004 with a certificate in International Law.  After passing the Washington state bar exam, he was admitted to practice law in November 2004.  Jesse worked as an in-house counsel and with a maritime law firm before joining the Law Office of Dale Wagner in 2007.  

Marcella brings a tremendous amount of experience as a paralegal to the Law Office of Dale Wagner. Her legal career started at the Washington State Office of Attorney General where she was responsible for case development and litigation preparation of injured worker claims while representing the Department of Labor and Industries. She also served as the lead legal assistant for the Torts Division of the Attorney General’s office in Bellingham. In that position she was responsible to prepare for litigation and resolution, personal injury lawsuits brought against the State of Washington . Marcella is married and has two children.

Jessica_bw2.jpg Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, California in 2001 after studying in Costa Rica.  She attended graduate school in Santa Barbara, California where she attended the University of California at Santa Barbara in its Latin American Studies program.  While living in Santa Barbara, Jessica worked for two years at a non-profit agency assisting low income residents acquire housing.  She is fluent in Spanish and brings her bilingual skills to our office to better serve our clients.  As a legal assistant, Jessica also performs our bookkeeping duties.  Jessica is married and has three children and a big german shepherd dog.
