Meet Dale Wagner
A seasoned and experienced trial attorney, Dale Wagner has worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington for more than 15 years. His wealth of experience in both personal injury law and workers compensation law are a great asset to his clients. For many years, he represented the Department of Labor and Industries in administrative hearings and superior court trials as it administered the workers compensation system in this state.
Experience & Education
In 1976, Dale completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Washington State University. Following graduation, he began a career in law enforcement prior to attending law school. His J.D. was received from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1989. Thereafter, Dale was admitted to practice law in Washington in 1989. Since then, he has been admitted to practice before the Federal District Court in Western Washington and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Dale is happily married with two children and five grandchildren.
